Miller's Secret Sauce
BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA
Ingredients:
• One Pre-made pizza dough
• 2 cups Shredded Jack Cheese
• ½ cup Miller’s Secret Sauce (Original or Spicy)
• ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
• ¼ cup Chopped cooked bacon
• 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven according to pizza dough directions. 2. Spread BBQ sauce on pizza dough.
3. Place chicken, onion and bacon over the pizza.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top of toppings. Follow baking instructions for pizza dough.
Notes: you can also add a little BBQ sauce on top of the cheese for super BBQ Flavor |

Miller's Secret Sauce
CHEESY MEAT LOAF
Ingredients:
• 1 Egg
• 2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
• 1 cup Miller’s Secret Sauce (Original or Spicy)
• 3/4 cup Cracker crumbs
• 1.5 pound Hamburger
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 3/4 cup MILLER’S SECRET SAUCE (Original or Spicy) SAUCE, salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Bake diagonally in 8 x 8” cake pan.
4. Put 1/2 of the meat mixture in pan, then cheese, top with remaining meat mixture.
5. Pour remaining MILLER’S SECRET SAUCE (Original or Spicy) on top of meatloaf.
6.Bake for 1 hr.

Miller's Secret Sauce
Pulled Chicken Or Pork Open Faced Sandwich
Ingredients:
4 slices Sour Dough Bread
4 slices Pepper or Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 Bottle Miller's Secret Sauce Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 whole Chicken or (1 Pork Roast), cooked and pulled
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix pulled chicken with Miller's Secret Sauce Spicy BBQ Sauce. Put BBQ chicken mixture on a piece of sour dough bread, add slice of pepper or Monterrey jack cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is slightly toasted.
Optional topping of Cut Pieces of Bacon.
Can be made with Chicken or Pork

Miller's Secret Sauce
Cheesy BBQ Bacon Burger
Ingredients:
1 Bottle Miller's Secret Sauce
1 1/2 Pounds Ground beef
5 Slices of Bacon
2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 tbl Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions:
In Medium Sauce pan fry Bacon and set aside. Combine Beef, Worcestershire sauce, Onion, Salt and Mix. Form Hamburger mixture into burgers. Grill until your desired wellness. Remove from grill place on a bun and top with Miller's Secret Sauce, Bacon and a pile of Cheddar Cheese.

Miller's Secret Sauce
Miller's Sloppy Joe's
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Miller's Secret Sauce Spicy or Original
1 Pound of ground beef
1/4 Chopped Onion
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 Cup's Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Pieces of Bacon
Directions:
In Medium Sauce pan fry Bacon and cut into little pieces and set aside. Cook the Onion and Minced Garlic in the same pan used for the bacon and set aside. Next in a medium pan cook the hamburger meat until done, drain and add Bacon,Onion Garlic and Miller's Secret Sauce and simmer on low for 10 Minutes. Serve on a Bun or Roll topped with the Cheddar Cheese.

Miller's Secret Sauce
Miller's Baked Beans
Ingredients:
½ pound hot ground pork sausage
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
2 (16-ounce) cans pork and beans, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
½ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2/3 cup MIILER’S SECRET SAUCE BBQ (SPICY OR ORIGINAL)
¼ cup coarse-grained mustard
¼ cup molasses
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 to 2 teaspoons prepared chili powder
4 bacon slices
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in a skillet, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain. Combine sausage mixture, pork and beans, and next 7 ingredients in a shallow lightly greased 2 1/2 – quart casserole; stir well. Place bacon slices on top of beans.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for: 1 ½ to 2 hours or until desired thickness.

Eric's Special BBQ Quesadilla
Ingredients:
2 Chopped and Cooked Chicken Breast
10" Tortilla's
1 Cup Four Mexican blend cheese
1 Bottle of Miller's Secret Sauce Spicy
2 Strips of cooked Bacon
2 Tbl Minced Jalapenos
Directions:
In Medium pan start warming up your tortillas. Cover the Tortilla with Miller's Secret Sauce Spicy keeping away about one inch from the outside, Place Chicken, Bacon, Jalapenos on the Tortilla and cover with Cheese. Cover with more Sauce and Place a second Tortilla on top. Grill for approx. 3-4 Minutes per side.
